Shampoo - Wet hair and bar. Glide the bar directly onto scalp and hair and massage into roots. Rinse well. Repeat is necessary.

Condition - Glide the bar through lengths & ends. Leave on for 2–3 minutes for extra moisture, then rinse.

Nourish - Warm a few drops of the GROW between fingertips. Massage into scalp for 1–2 mins.

Pre-Wash Treatment - Apply 1 dropper of GROW directly to dry scalp. Massage thoroughly with fingertips. Leave on for at least 2 hours then wash and condition as usual.
