- Use up to 25 days of a 30-day month, breaking for 5 days.
Peri-menopausal and menstruating women:
- Use 5-7 days after the first day of your period and everyday until your next period.

Apply up to a teaspoon, 1 time a day per day to smooth skin areas like the chest, abdomen, wrists, inner thighs or inner upper arms, throat, or neck.

I've been using this for about a month now and it has helped with hot flashes, plus it smells great, absorbs quickly, and does not irritate my skin. A little bit goes a long way, so I think this will likely last me 3 to 4 months. I had been paying nearly double this for a similar product, so I'm thrilled to have found this Wild Yam Cream.
I’ve been using this product over 30 days now and I have no words to explain how much I love this product. I suffer from really bad uterine pains during my cycle which includes the worst bloating. My morning began with cramps and grumpiness but as I’m writing this review, I feel just as normal as I do when not on my cycle or when I’m not ovulating. I use Balance every day. I rub a small portion on my wrists daily but when my cramps get bad I will rub a larger portion on my abdomen. Balance is MAGIC in a bottle.
