Menopausal or post-menopausal women:
- Use up to 25 days of a 30-day month, breaking for 5 days.
Peri-menopausal and menstruating women:
- Use 5-7 days after the first day of your period and everyday until your next period.
HOW & WHERE TO APPLY
Apply up to a teaspoon, 1 time a day per day to smooth skin areas like the chest, abdomen, wrists, inner thighs or inner upper arms, throat, or neck.
For optimal use, rotate areas of application each day.
